Technology Management Office (TMO) is formed as part of the InApp’s acceleration program for achieving improved service delivery. Being in the software field, the backbone project is technology. Success and failure, efficiency, effectiveness, and many other factors are clearly dependent on how we use Technology. Again, as we become a larger company and we have larger clients, we need people who focus on Technology. We need Software Architects, Designers, People who recommend the technology, help clients scale-up environments, know about alternatives available and be available for consultation on the client’s technical problems.
The role of TMO is to understand the value of certain technology for the organization.
